Yes, all orders need to be placed before Monday 12:00 pm, in order for the order to be delivered in the current week. All orders placed after the deadline, will be delivered the following week.

Orders of more than R250 qualify for FREE DELIVERY. If your order is less than R200, a R25 delivery fee will be charged.

All payments are done securely on our website. We use industry leading payment merchants, ensuring your details are secure.

We have built payments directly into the website for your convenience. We want to discourage manual EFT payments as this create unnecessary admin and leads to errors.

Yes, if you need to, you can place once off orders, the order will be delivered the next Tuesday or Wednesday, ddepending on your location.

Yes, you have two options:

  1. Go to ORDER AGAIN and click on the ORDER AGAIN button of the order that you want to repeat.
  2. You can set up a SUBSCRIPTION

A subscription allows you to set up an order that will AUTOMATICALLY repeat on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

This is ideal if you know that you use a certain amount of items per time period.

For example, if you use a bag of carrots + 250g of carrots each week, then you can put that on a weekly subscription, Each week your products get delivered without ever having to log in and pay again.

It is very simple. Go through our SHOP and add all the items you would like to receive in your subscription. Once you are done, proceed to the CART.

Choose the frequency that you would like to receive the items i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Proceed to checkout and complete payment. Your order will be renewed automatically on the frequency you selected.

Once you are ready, proceed to the CART and tick the box next to “Add this cart to an existing subscription?”. 

If you have another subscription of the same time period i.e weekly, it will be available for selection. Click on the ADD+ button.

Absolutely! You are in control 100%. Just click on MANAGE SUBCRIPTION, VIEW the applicable subscription and remove items or cancel the subscription.

You can change your address by going to MY ACCOUNT and going to the ADDRESSES tab. Here you can change your address.
